4 filets mignon (each about 200 g)
3 Tbsps vegetable oil
1 Tbsp butter
salt (and pepper)
l Red wine
4 Tbsps Mustard seed

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse the steaks and pat dry. Heat the oil in a pan, and cook the steaks for 3-4 minutes on each side. When turning the steaks, add the butter. Season with salt and pepper, then wrap for 2 minutes in aluminum foil.

Mix the juices in the pan with the red wine. Add the mustard seeds and heat through. Serve the steaks with the pan sauce.
