14 ozs Sour cream (or mascarpone)
3 ½ ozs Semolina flour
4 Tbsps milk
1 tsp powdered sugar (for dusting)

Preparation steps

Preheat the oven to 350°F.

Separate the eggs. Whisk the egg yolks, sugar, and vanilla sugar together until fluffy. Stir in the sour cream, semolina, and milk. Let rest for about 20 minutes. Whip the egg whites until stiff and fold in.

Transfer to a pan lined with parchment paper, smooth the surface and bake for 20-25 minutes. Use a fork to break the pancake into pieces, sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve with cherry compote, if desired.
